What is worldwoodcarving?

Welcome to worldwoodcarving! My name is Simo Driouch, 27 years.
i am from Agadir City ,Morocco.
and I’m the founder of worldwoodcarving,
I am an artist primarily working with wood . I began carving in 2006,
i spent many years to perfecting woodcarving skills. i worked also in  carpentry arts ,
but now i am working, in my workshop.

With worldwoodcarving. I hope to show you how easy it can be to make simple, changes that will help you to be a professional woodcarving  .

Chisels:

   V-Tool.
   very important  to use .
   The most common V-tools are those formed at 60 Degrees, but they are also available in 45 and 90          Degrees. Some palm tools.but i prefer to use 60 Degrees .

                                                                     
                                                                         


Gouges:
                        
 Gouges: have a curved cutting edge which is called a “sweep”.

           #3 to  #7 sweep and as the sweep becomes more pronounced, the higher the number given them.
          #11 is the maximum
          #9 and #11 ’s  are   used to carver and to make deep narrow cuts.
